Jens Stryger Larsen (born 21 February 1991) is a Danish footballer currently playing as a midfielder for Brøndby IF in the Danish Superliga and for the Danish national under-21 team.[1]
In short time he has become very popular among Brøndby supporters because of his great energy, and in the end of the 2009/2010 season and the beginning of the 2010/2011-season he has become a regular at Brøndbys team, keeping players such as Sweden international Alexander Farnerud on the bench. Through August 2010 he is named as one of the greatest talents in Denmark in the Danish media, and at September 23, Danish football magazine Tipsbladet wrote, that Stryger Larsens agent could report on great interest in Jens Stryger Larsen from clubs such as Genoa and other clubs all over Europe.[2][3]
It's clear that agents and sportsleaders all over Europe are watching him, but Jens is at a good place and is going nowhere right now.
— Allan Nielsen
He started on the pitch in his debut for Brøndby IF against FC Nordsjælland in November 2009. He was replaced by Jan Kristiansen after an hour.
